Returns & Exchanges
We allow up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return any new, unused product for refund or to exchange for another product. Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization. Please send an email to email@example.com to acquire a return authorization number for your return or exchange. For returns, the original shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is at the customer's expense. For exchanges, all shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be shipped back to us in the exact condition in which they were received by you. If a product is returned in used condition or if the product packaging or box is not in new condition, the return may be rejected. This is extremely important with shoe boxes. Do not write on, place tape on, apply shipping labels or packing slips to any shoe box. If an item is returned with any damage other than what may occur naturally during shipping, it will be rejected or a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Send us an email, within 60 days of purchase, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name and order number along with a description of the issue.
