If exchanging an item that was not purchased directly from TANEL® 360°®.
Please return product to the retailer from which it was purchased.
If you think you have a DEFECTIVE ITEM.
Email TANEL® 360°® (within 60 days of purchase – see notes above regarding defective items) at info@tanel360.com or call 1-866-826-3536 for further instructions.
DO USE THIS FORM WHEN:
Exchanging an item after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) if item was purchased directly from TANEL® 360°®.
Returning an unused item for credit (within 60 days of purchase) after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) if item was purchased directly from TANEL® 360°®.
IMPORTANT:
For exchanges or credits, item must be returned in NEW condition. Items that are not returned in store-bought condition will NOT be accepted. Sorry, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping to TANEL® 360°®. However, your replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
