When you have that number, fill out this form. If you feel you may have a DEFECTIVE ITEM, please contact us as soon as possible (within 60 days of purchase) by phone (1-866-826-3536) or email (info@tanel360.com). We may ask you for specific information about the defect and request that you send us a digital picture(s) of the problem area via email (If you can provide a clear digital image or two, you may not have to return the item for inspection.). If a defect comes to light after the 60-day warrantee period (shoes and apparel), or 1 Year (gear bags), we still want to hear from you.
