USE THIS FORM WHEN
- Exchanging an item after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) from TANEL 360® if purchased directly from TANEL 360®.
- Returning an unused item for credit (within 30 days of purchase) after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) from TANEL 360® if purchased directly from TANEL 360®.
IMPORTANT:
- For exchanges or credits, item must be returned in NEW condition. Items that are not returned in store-bought condition will NOT be accepted.
- Sorry, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping to TANEL 360®. However, your replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
- Allow one to two weeks to receive your replacement item.
