  • If exchanging an item that was not purchased directly from TANEL 360®.  Please return product to the retailer from which it was purchased.
  • If you think you have a DEFECTIVE ITEM.  Call TANEL 360® as soon as possible (within 60 days of purchase) at 1-866-826-3536 for further instructions.

USE THIS FORM WHEN

  • Exchanging an item after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) from TANEL 360® if purchased directly from TANEL 360®.
  • Returning an unused item for credit (within 30 days of purchase) after receiving an authorization number (call 1-866-826-3536) from TANEL 360® if purchased directly from TANEL 360®.

IMPORTANT:

  • For exchanges or credits, item must be returned in NEW condition. Items that are not returned in store-bought condition will NOT be accepted.
  • Sorry, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping to TANEL 360®.   However, your replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
  • Allow one to two weeks to receive your replacement item.
